The Porsche Carrera GT is a supercar, manufactured by Porsche of Germany. Its production was started in 2004-2006 in Leipzig (city of Germany). It was released in 2003 at Geneva Auto Show, Porsche's Carrera GT was a final production version of the concept car first seen at the 2001 Paris Auto Salon. It was Porsche's first limited production supercar since 959 who's production was stopped in 1988. At the time of launch, it was one of the few available items that beaten the Mercedes Enzo. Due to its Performance Sports Car International (Automobile Magazine) named Carrera GT number one on its list of Top Sports Cars of the 2000s.
